Directions for use
Hand balm: warm a pea-sized amount in the hands and gently apply. To use as a nail moisturiser, apply a small amount to the nails and leave to be absorbed. Wipe away any excess oil with damp cotton wool.

Nail mask: Use a clean cotton bud to apply to dry, damaged, or thin, fragile nails. Leave in place for 5-10 minutes. Massage into the nails and remove any excess.

Nail oil: Use three times a day from start of chemo or radiotherapy.
